Tungsten carbide nozzles give long life and care when rough handling can’t be circumvented and mineral or coal slag abrasives are used. All tungsten carbide nozzles are not the same. Note that our tungsten carbide nozzles have extremely abrasion wear grade material and durable structure. All flat tips series “Airless” integrate high-quality tungsten carbide supplements, which present maximum resistance to abrasion and uniform appearance. We suggest to check usually the tips and replace them in time in order not to lose a great deal of money cause the impact force of the spraying is strictly connected to the quality of the tungsten carbide insert. All the tips are laser-marked according to our standard, the customized marking must be requested before the production.
